Default Tecom single door RAS refreshing

So ive got a single door RAS I need to setup and its been over a year since ive done anything tecom to be honest., usually memory is pretty good but not this time, cant even remember where to start haha.

Have the ras polled, and is not setup as a LCD arming station. I reed a card and check history and im getting "Invalid Site Code Door 4 User 004. Im pretty sure the site code is correct and if im not mistaken the invalid site code message comes up if something else in the programming is not quite right, I might be wrong.

So, for some reason its door 4, not sure how I never set it up as door 4. Ive gone to door group 1 and set Door 4 to 00 for 24hour,

So just give the user door group 1 and boom, vaid cards should activate the relay on the RAS?

    Thanks in advance!

    Default Ras

    Hi
ok once you swipe card go menu 19,25
That will so you card number and site code.
once you do that you see the user number and site code of the card.
If site code not the same thats in the system go to menu 19,20
Add site code.then make sure door is in the groip menu
    20 door groups.....

Try putting "000035" in system site code.
Otherwise check the data + and - has not been swapped.

Yep site code is 000035, with a -6900 offset, card reads as user 6901, with a +6900 offset card reads as user 13801.

Have double checked clk and data are correct.

Connected lappy and uploaded to make sure the panel is taking the programming. All looks good

Dude looks like the panel is not accepting the offset change.
Supercap it. Dump the previously uploaded data back into the panel.
Check that the Ras has a RCG and EF mapped - EG 32 and EF 249 that matches the relay #. Not required but good programming practice.
Badge the card and see if you get the user number you are expecting. Great.
Make sure the door group has a time zone attached for the door.
    Badge your card. works yes?
