Bugger so no way around getting it unlocked unless I can find who the original owner is? or is there a way around it?
if you find out let me know , i have a 6s paper weight here same issue.
Only saving grace for me is both the old duck and myself have a 6s so atleast
i can use it to repair ours if we crack a screen etc.

I have heard that few third party dealers help to unlock such phones. But they charge too much and also success rate is very low.
You can do it on your own. There are many websites are providing such facility for me.
