Hi All,

My parents were watching Telepace the other night when all of a sudden sound & picture disappeared. They have a V8 DVB-S2 sat box, I can see that there is 90% Signal with 63% BER, rescanned and still nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My mother also watches Telepace on Optus D2. She hasn't complained so I can't acknowledge whether it is down, but your parents can watch the stream here:

Did a Blind scan on Dads and no go.. Dad not happy.... he dosent watch much but he did like his telepace..
