Mate, you've had a stroke and I cant get your name right Mr672A (NOT 625A !!!!) so who needs help there I ask you !!!

I am not going to kid you but reading your post means I have to be careful and not just scan without absorbing the content of the sentence first which I do most times because I am lazy.
There are a couple of places in your post I am not sure of your meaning just yet but that matters little as your are conversing.
You to me are like reading a Crossword puzzle that asks questions whose answers are not always what you first think of to solve the puzzle.

    keep posting.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

My sister still gets her merds wuddled even after 15 years, but keep going mate. You WILL improve. Keep your mind active and (as best you can) your body, and you will get over it. FWIW sister had a stroke and played the organ at church the morning after, and it was not until she tried to get up that she could not move. It was then that they found out the horrible truth. She still plays, and teaches piano. They've not long returned from hiking around (come to think of it, I can't remember!) somewhere. She still plays Bridge with my other sister, so, there is plenty to look forward to mate.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

I have low tolerance (my daughter type this Tolerance as spell check did not reconcile it)

Find and have most of the systems on the web.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist to answer any questions you may have.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any of the following and they worry you:

    headache, dizziness
indigestion, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, vomiting
    muscle aches and pains
    hot flushes
low blood pressure (dizziness, light-headedness), fast heart beat
These are usually mild and short-lived.

Tell your doctor as soon as possible if you notice any of the following:

feeling of tightness, pressure or heaviness in the chest - symptoms of angina
unusual bruising or bleeding - symptoms of a reduction in blood platelet count (thrombocytopenia)
tiredness, headaches, being short of breath when exercising, dizziness and looking pale - symptoms of a decrease in red blood cells count (anaemia)
increased bleeding during or after surgery
fever, sweating and chills on taken capsules; steady, severe abdominal pain that persists for longer than a few hours; or a yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice) - these may be symptoms of gallstones
abdominal pain or discomfort that is often worse at night, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite and weight - these may be symptoms of stomach/duodenal ulcers.

The above list includes serious side effects that may require medical attention.

Had the following pinned to the wall just in case i ever had to help out, MR672A can you confirm?

    Recognizing a stroke
    3 steps, STR
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions
S = Ask individual to smile
T = Ask the person to talk and speak a simple sentence (coherently)
A = Ask them to raise both arms

And a new sign = stick your tongue out
If the tongue is crooked, ie goes to one side or the other is also an indicator
A neurologist states if a stroke can be identified and cared for in 3 hours all side affects can be reversed
There is a fine line between "Hobby" and "Madness"
