Bosch 16Plus duress (panic alarm issue)

Panic alarm works fine by holding down 1+3 for 2 seconds

but the panic button on key FOB doesn't work, checked menu 6-2-2 and its set to audible, its also turned on a menu 2-1-1 so what and i missing?

Is it assigned to a user and arm and disarm functions a working with the keyfob?

Both key fobs arm and disarm and also part arm, just nothing on the duress button. Each fob set to a different user.
