Interesting MTN mux on this one, I think its mainly for cruise ships.
Circular polarisation but scanned in on horizontal.
The Freesat V7 box opened it almost instantly from blind scan.

Had to blind scan again - something changed.
Now have 20 English language channels (without including the religious ones)
New since last scan are:
ITV CHOICE

Yes you can get it on Horz but lot a Loss. I never tried it because I have only a 2.3M dish. My range is From 91.9 deg (Measat 3)to Eutelsat at 172 Deg east. What size Dishs are you using on considering you using a Linier LNB only. (Or using that dielectric plate stuck inside the feed horn)
Are you using this Dielectric plate ?. I've not even bothered to try to get Intelsat 18 at 180 Deg E.
((bad this morning. 10 min to type )

Dielectric plate will convert your LNB to circular. V or H settings become Right or Left hand circular, improving reception by 1 to 2 dB depend on dish size.

Make sure the plate is at 45° to the probe antennas, some LNB's have a slot or track for inserting the plate. The plate should be flash to the LNB front edge against the LNB cover. In below video the guy push the plate too far in. When the plate is in place. the Vertical probe antennas will process the Left hand circular whilst the Horizontal probe will receive the right hand circular. Once the plate is inserted the LNB orientation which is so important for receiving linear polarization is no longer relevant for when receiving Circular signal.
If you don't have the fiberglass plate you can cutout a piece out of 8mm perspex sheet works even better.
Initially I had a lossy polarotor setup which auto switched L/R and H/V depending on the transponder. Next I used a dielectric plate (later replaced by an Avcomm circular polarising tube) in front of the H/V LNB, but in recent years (with better LNB's) I find I can now lock circular polarised sats in just using a conventional H/V LNB. The reason this works is because my 4.6M dish has enough gain to do so.

Maybe see if you can purchase a 36" Actuator or try trick the counts on your receiver/Vbox, I remember in old days I was shown by a friend to trick the count settings on an old Echostar Analogue receiver.
I think the VBox2 have Plenty of Counts considering the 3 foot jack has 4 Magnets in it.. I calculate it yesterday I need 49 counts to go for 172 Deg to 180 Deg E. I will have to see where the Mechanical Limit switches is positioned. I remember testing this when the Jack was new and I think the full Length one I bought the Limit In..To Hot for the Moment to do this. Wait Until it cools down.
By The way VERY HARD to buy one 36 Inch Heavy Duty Jack. I should but another one, this Jack have traveled from Brisbane to Sydney Done a lot of Work.
Questing?
I measure my 3 Foot Jack and it come to about 2 foot 5 inches. How do they measure them ???????

Try Melbourne Satellites at melbournesatellites.com.au/html/actuators_positioners.html.
I think you're in Queensland so Kristal Electronics might be better for you - kristal.com.au/ or kristalelectronics.com/.

also LaceysTV at Underwood is possible;
Cheers

Try AVComm in Sydney or Phoenix ,Strong Tecchnologies in Hallam.. or where I bought my 36" Jack from U.S. a bit $$$$$
