Default Intelsat 19 - Anyone getting it on KU?

    Hi all,
Not going into a long story:

I recently got a brand new Strong 4950H and whilst I've had issues getting it to 'motor-goto' the degree designated sats. I can't seem to find Intelsat 19 @ 166ºE

1mtr dish: Pick up D2-152º, C1-156º and D1-160º fine - of which I have had to eyeball the dish to find them!!! So at least they are set in memory now and the dish/motor is quite happy to move around to those sats depending on which Channel I want to watch.

But to find each SAT I have had to use the strong menu to move the motor bit by bit to the East to hopefully locate Int19 @ 166º However, I just can't find it - damn hard to know when it's moved 6º after D1

So after wasting a whole day, incrementing the dish to the West and then having to save the position and then Blind scanning bit by bit, it's not finding anything at what I'm guessing is at 166ºE

I've manually put in 5 TP's from Lyngsat that have FTA and still nothing. So I'm wondering is Int19 being seen by anyone else?

    12569 V 26809 Auto (STB won't do 8/9)

    On the Gold Coast.

Hi GT250, The most important thing is to make sure your pole is 100% vertical otherwise you wont get all the birds.

Have a read here and im sure you will be able to work it out.

Int 19 ku skew is out about 15deg compared with Optus SARS so take that into account as well when setting up dish as good chance you won't see vert unless it is exact

Put this in 12726 H 28066 3/4 but change the polarity to Vertical and see if you have any signal

Im having issues with this sat also

I've always got some of the Transponder from it, but not all.
Is it possible to scan in this whole sat with a 65cm dish down here in Vic?

I have my Skew at -25degrees

Some transponders work fine, others i cant even get signal strength above 25%

    EDIT: Its ok, i searched
