I have done upgrade, got message saying upgrading STB then it rebooted.
Now I look at STB information and I have blank pale blue boxes.
    No information is shown.
    What have I missed?

Before I put on firmware STB info had all the version info I think something like14/05/2008 and all other usual info.
    Now it has blank.
So if all you have same blank I guess mine must be OK then?
    BUT
I would still like help with this one:
Please make factory settings after SW update.
    Password : 0918

    How is this exactly done?

    menu/stb status/factory value/0918/ok

    but first.....

    menu /stb status/memory control/memory backup

after doing a factory reset the go back to: menu /stb status/memory control/memory restore.

    you get the drift.....

blank screens on version info page is normal for modded firmware....

    Thanks Hoe
I tried it again with your instructions, and all my data remained. (After restore)
What I dont understand is, if firmware is changed/upgraded
Why do you have to do Factory Reset (All data lost)
    Then restore from memory.
This doesnt make sense to me.
