'dummy' sounds like the default client name in newCS. Make sure you edit your config file both on the server and client to have the same client details.

I have had no luck running a goldie in the 918 (Irdeto V1.2)
Maybe that was my problem on my first server as its running a Irdeto v 4.1 card.
server #2 with v5.3 - no probs.

only problem with using the default username is that when two or more login with it it pixellates,drops out etc etc.
