    Default Email Server

Is there a way to keep pop3 email in its server, not from the settings on the desktop pc but from the server itself. What about the outgoing smpt emails, can it be retrieved a 2nd time from the server?

Would expect so for both pop and smtp if they wanted to.

Ahh.... now that is hard to do.
Can only suggest you investigate settings/toolbox whatever for your ISP. I doubt they would have a setting to keep all emails, but they may have a forwarding function where you could forward all emails to a G-mail account as an example.

OK I'm aware but that only captures incoming but not outgoing?
What if its an office server?

Talk to the office IT guy... but basically you probably can't change the settings of the server without him. For outgoing email you would need to configure your client to automatically include sending a copy to your inbox, but it sounds like you don't want to do things on the client side... maybe it's not your email?
