Clear EMM data on card

Hello,

My card is irdeto for provider 0649. I was run it on oscam but Now card is block. Even original box not displayed the video on subscribe channels. There no any errors but channel is black screen. FTA ok and all unsubscribe channels display the unsubscribe error number

Does it possible to refresh or reset all entitlements and emm cach from irdeto card? Which card tool we can use for this ? or any other solution ?

put the card in original box and ring your provider and they will send the details

I have call them, they all ready refresh, and repaired. But nothing happens. I think card cache data need to delete or reset. Original box and oscam reading wrong data on card.

Apart from making sure the card is inserted correctly and the contact face is clean (wipe with a soft cloth only) if it still doesnt work then you need to ring the provider again and if that still doesnt restore your service, either there is a problem with the Card which only the provider can fix by replacing the card or your decoder has a problem reading the card.

Im looking a professional answer. Clearly i said other error messages (unsubcribe chns) displayed correctly. it means card reading ok. i knew card replacing will fix the problem. but i have to get re opened the new card and find all wanted things (paring keys, other encryption datas). it will hard task

If we can access card data, or reset data, problem will fix. Now i find solution on that

did you log the data provider sent when you called

if the card missed an update once its in the paid provider box
and you ring they send through new emk and pk and should fire
up all subscribed channels without the need to do anything else.

just out of curiosity is this suntv india and what version card is it interested
to know if its a surflock model .

Yes it has surf lock. card irdeto version 5.4

Yes. i was call them. I think when they doing refresh (they called as that) emk and pk is loading to card. When it surf lock, original box displayed e-30 error. We kept 3 to 5mins in original box,it automatically fix the error. If not we call to operator and they manually refresh. It must fixed after that.

But this time problem is much strange. No error and no video. only FTA work and unsubscribe channels displays correct error.

Before this error, i was try some auto tweak oscam verions (it was done due to few channels we got tweak problem). But i was do that all ready block emm.

Anybody ever heard some oscam version version damage the smart card ?
