Well I thought that was actually a pretty good race the way it played out.

Due to a series of unfortunate events I could not watch this race nor the one in China.
Just wondering when we discover that Vettel might be winning almost all the races this season and we start getting bored with that but for now I am happy to see him win.
It was said that Vettel only lost in China because of unnecessary tyre change in the second lap while the safety car was out.

    Default Sochi F1

    Interesting race with many failures
SHame to see Dan out, but it looks like his position was unlikely to improve.
Most cars finishing in their qualy order

Nice work by Bottas, great to see him win

Yes, well deserved first win by Bottas, well driven.
Was nice to see Vettel happy for him & congratulate him for his excellent driving.

Was also a change to see Lewis struggling with car temperature & setup.

Real shame for Dan, "my right rear brake is on fire". OOps!! what happened to a temperature warning before it caught fire, so he could of shifted the bias away from the rear???

At least he got to start the race; unlike Alonso!

Yeah, the minute RedBull radio'd Max to shift his brake bias to the front, his times just started to slip away.

Didn't they have the brake issue in China too? Crappy motors AND brakes, really shouldn't happen.

LOL about Alonso's act, 'parking' is car in the middle of the road and walking off cool, while causing an aborted start for everybody else and a confused Vettel
Real exciting the end. Kind of wanted to see Bottas win but also see Vettel catch him at the same time.

Of course it was really great to see Bottas' big smiles on top of that podium next to his grumpy old lands man.

Gosh what would I have given to see Vettel squirt a full load of Champagne all over Putin. Party on, Vlad

Well it wasn't the best race I've seen, however not a bad race by Monaco standards.
Excellent drives by Vettel & Ricciardo, using the overcut to gain pos.

The interviews showed perfectly what the old saying says, "Winners are grinners, Second sucks & Third - well it's great to be on the podium.

Happy to see Pascal Wehrlein walk away from his unusual crash.

Agreed Tiny, how funny was the interviews.
Great to see Nico back as MC but handing the mic over to Kimi, bahahahahaah was like asking a question to a Nursing Home occupant that had just had his sleeping pills.
Not happy with 2nd and a Ferrari one two finish.
I'd like to see him win, just once, to see if he cracks a smile.

Great to see Dan on the podium

Silly move by Jenson Button, never seen a F1 car on its side before!

Well what an excellent race, many sub plots going on in strategy & some funny radio calls.

The podium was even funnier with Sir Patrick Stewart (Capt. Jean-Luc Picard) doing the interviews.

What a messy race but those who laugh last get the best of laughs. Ricciardo surely deserved it as did Bottas and Stroll, all fantastic
    performances.

Vettel needs to do an NRMA safer driver course methinks or at least consult a shrink to deal with his road rage.
That incident under safety car(they are there for a reason!) will hang around for a long time between him and Hamilton.
What are the chances that Vettel ramming into Hamilton twice could have caused his headrest to come loose leading to a pitstop that was longer than Vettels
    tiny penalty.

Yeah, not sure what i watched.
    Crazy event

Dan might have got lucky with a few penalties handed out to Hamilton and Vettel, but the way i see it, it makes up for a few wins he had in the bag when his team let him down

18 year old Stroll going off chops after the race and well he should be!
We will be seeing a lot more of him

Looks like Hamilton and Vettel is the new Nico and Hamilton
They should just get a room

F1 qualifying interesting Hamilton struggling; says race will be about damage limitation.lol.
Must be hard to be struggling to qualify 3rd then drop 5 places for a gearbox change, I'm sure some teams would love to struggle to qualify third.
