However when it comes to the level of HDMI and Mini Display port on Win 10, I'm not really understanding what it is you are asking.
Are you perhaps referencing Windows 10's individual display scaling settings to perfect your multi-monitor setup??
Or do you just require a diagnostics tool to tell you what your ports are outputting at??
I guess you might get some information from the DIRECTX DIAGNOSTIC TOOL.
This is a tool you already have as part of Windows 10.
To access it, first open the Run tool by pressing Win + R.
There will be a small “Open” field for you to enter a command. Enter “dxdiag” and the window shown in the snapshot below should appear.
