Just as a side note,
Our local Priest (up until about 2010) would never answer the door if a young girl come to the door (un-accompanied by a parent) at his place of residence .... and he would constantly tell the parents not to let them come to his door alone .....
and the Priest who replaced him (after the previous retired) refuses to go to the local catholic primary school at all ... he says they know where I am if they want me ....

I spoke to the Lawyer I know that was involved with this case and he told me that I forgot the most important matter and that is THEY DID THIS BEFORE!! They did the same but with her Older sister in England but the guy was found not guilty.
The Tried to use this for the appeal grounds for the current case but the appeal Court would not give leave to have the case Appealed. So they said they might take it to the High Court but the family was Broke (Sold his House, Sold his car) and Legal Aid will not cover the appeal.

In my town I know a bunch of fellows whom are radio hams. There has been discussions from time to time what would they do if the Scouts asked them to set up a radio station for Jamboree of The Air (JOTA).
None of them would have anything to do with the scouts, apart from all the safety and legal issues there is the real concern that in say 10 years time when the kids have grown up and have a bad life, drugs/crime whatever.
Next chuck out an allegation that one of the radio hams did a fiddle with them which is the cause of their predicament. Guilty before proven innocent and of course if you plead guilty there is a lesser sentence.

There was a case in our town involving a high school teacher whom put two 14 y.old girls on detention for bad behaviour. The girls made an allegation that he made inappropriate advances etc etc.
Teacher suspended and a investigation. Teacher ended up washing cars in the car yard so as to make ends meet.
Anyhow in the investigation the girls story was challenged and they confessed fully that the allegation was just a payback for them being put on detention.
School teacher fully exonerated and re instated but he never went back to teaching. As he said how could he stand up in a class room with every kid knowing what had happened.
His teaching career was over. Of course the two girls got off with no charges because they were minors. Not even an apology.
Moral of the story, stay away from any youth groups of any kind and don't be seen alone with any kid anywhere.

Have you noticed School teacher are now mostly Women and this has created a problem that Female Teachers suspend the students 10 time more than a Male teacher. Tell me how many kids would be suspended if Jeff Horn was still teaching?

I know of a similar case where, after said teacher was fully exonerated
but it was far too late after initially being found guilty/demonized by the press and his colleagues.

Many innocent people also commit suicide in prisons.
Another sad trial by facebook and social media.
Read a horror story in the news from the U.S....At baseball game a very young 2 year old toddler girl became separated from her parents and was wandering about lost.
A genuine good samaratin found the girl and took her back to the crowd of spectators and started asking people is this your child or do you know where the parents are.
There was eye witnesses to this.
Someone screamed out "he is a pedofile", the girls dad came up and punched the guy five times. Others in the crowd took photos and shoved it all up on facebook etc.
The unfortunate guy had to move his family away due to huge harrasment.
The police came and cleared the guy of any wrong doing. For some unknown reason no charges were laid on the girls dad for assaulting this fellow.
Moral of the story...if you see a child in distress get the hell out of the place as fast as you can.
That is so depressing and worrying at the same time. Our world today is really and truly cracking up.
Our conflicts, wars, etc. in the past used to be so clear-cut, black and white, real reasons. Today the conflicts are so grey and so personal, truth mixed with fiction, shrouded by PC gone mad, until everyone is so confused that they lash out completely in the wrong, and without even knowing it. Facts also get lost in it all, and irreparable damage ensues, no matter if the truth comes out later, once someone has painstakingly figured it out.
However this "someone" (the objective and unemotional, impartial investigator) is also a dying breed sadly.

Yes and most are the ones that been charged and Convicted with child sex stuff.
Correction Services today want all Prisoners to have beard as the Prisoners today that want to nick them self use the cheap standard razor blade and break the plastic and get the blade out.
Do you know Prisoners in Jail have Solicitors and that is called PRISONERS LEGAL SERVICES of Brisbane and they have a few good solicitors and these Solicitors have Friends and these people tell horrible stories on what goes on in the Prison system and YET none of this gets to the media.
I remember one day someone told me one of the Many incidents that happen like this:
A man goes to court to fight Child Sex Charges and without no evidence against him he should be fine but for no reason he was found Guilty from a ZEALOT Jury (read in the ABC Sex Trials, plenty of them) and once convicted and taken too BCC (Brisbane Correctional Center) he was asked you was found guilty in a court of law but you said at the trail you were not guilty and they know then and there you maintain your innocents so what they do is sent your from Brisbane to anywhere to Townsville or another prison so you family cannot visit as it to far to visit. So the person with the same offenses and said he was guilty and he did abuse the girl they say you can go to a local Prison called Wolston.
Now the real sick bastards show they face and they are the GESTAPO in the Prison and they are called (forgot there name the person told me) so when a Brisbane prisoner is transferred to Townsville or Maryborough from Brisbane and they are interviewed again and after a while a problem happen at his home Say one of his children wants to see daddy as they have not seen daddy for 1 year, yes the Prisoner want to transfer to a Brisbane Jail these scumbags dressed in black want to see you in the interview room and once there they say , Urggggh you want to to go to a Brisbane Jail and yes you are in a Queue as because you maintain your Innocents and that means you cannot do your sex courses but if you sign this paper we will transfer you in the next available bus. (a bus is a section of a bus no bigger than a person or two people) but what you sign is to do your course and you did SCREW THAT GIRL!!!
The Job of the Courts is to find you guilty or Not guilty. Correction Services job is to house you, feed you, medicate you, and NOT MENTALLY DESTROYING YOU as has happens plenty of times. So what do most do because they have seen their children for 1 to 5 years they sign the paper and possible for something that they did not do.
Now it does not stop here. When they sign the paper and get transferred to Wolston C.C they are eager to see his kids BUT after you get there you find out Wolston correction Prison DOES NOT ALLOW CHILDREN UNDER 18 years old to Visit ( 5% are Child Murders and they are ok to have their kids visit) so you are LIED TO whilst in the Northern Prison and you will not see you kids and you have signed that Paper that you did have sex with that young girl.
What happen Now. You have to make story (doing the Courses)up that you banged that young girl. you have to stick to it and you will have to write it down and sign it and this is used in a Civil case to sue you plus the Original document you signed whilst in the Northern Prison.
See today you could be Found guilty in a Criminal trial but found not guilty in a Civil Trial because it harder too prove (FFS its easier to send you to jail LOL,LOL) that you did this and also it has happened that a person is found not guilty at Trial but has been sued for money and they did get the $$$$$$ so because the other is harder to do they get you to confess whist in jail, write it sign it. Another Bit of info the Gestapo starts a rumor Saying "If you dont do you Courses you don't get Parole"
You wonder why a lot of sex Offender guilty or possible did not commit the crime or being charged stacked by the Cops "eg" he did looks at the young girl tits or the private parts and that it but the COPS change him with 10 counts of RAPE!!!!!!, Indecent dealing, Deprivation of Liberty and a dozen of more charges and these people after they get out of jail they are Mentally disturbed by all and kill them self or someone in the next few years
The Moral of this is KEEP AWAY FROM ANYTHING that is under 18 years. This come from a Good Solicitor, it has sicken me to a point that I don't care what happens to a Child I will never assist in any way.
By the way not long ago Doctors in Brisbane had another seminar and this was the prime topic " Never ever Look, touch, think, when examine a Child or Woman. But is the Doctor is a Woman that OK they can do anything they want and they do not need a nurse to be present.

I was talking to my solicitor friend that deals with released prisoners and he told me they have a Horrid time dealing with the Female run Parole system which are against men and anyone released with sex charges and most of the female Parole officers are bent to make the parolee to fail with so help from Male CPUI Police officers (Apparently some Female Offices wont be a bar of this to as point where some has transferred out of that region) They try the most Disgusting trick to made a person go back into jail and say See another one back in Jail.
This WOULD NOT HAPPEN to anyone else so why do this to any person just because he was in Jail.
I can Tell you this a Prisoner is the Most Powerful person in the World because when a person is arrested or put into a prison Van YOU DO NOT NEED SEAT BELTS, ever one else needs to ware one because if you don't you might hurt yourself if you have a accident , When you are a smoker and you want to stop smoking on the outside you get help to stop BUT IF YOU ARE A PRISONER YOU JUST STOP!!! NO HELP REQUIRED, Your a Drug user and on the outside you get Many Many help from everyone to stop taking Drug BUT IF YOU ARE INCARCERATED, YOU DO NOT NEED HELP AND EVENTUALLY YOU WILL STOP OR KILL YOURSELF.

From the little I have read of the proceedings it seems to have all of the hallmarks of a witch-hunt. However, I would be quite surprised if he is not committed for trial, as the bar is set very low.

The Committal is nothing but a circus as 95% of child sex cases are committed to stand trail. ALL magistrates today do not want to stop a highly publicise case like this or ANY CHILD SEX CASE so that fool behind that bench that is not smart enough to get a job in the higher courts get told to pass the case to the higher court even before the committal starts.
Cardinal Pell will be 99% found guilty when he will goes to Court as the ZEALOTS there take care of this. This will happen, as a well known person that against Child Abuse will be there in the Public area smiling at the Jury.
Do you know when there is a Federal Election both the Prime Minister or the Opposition Leader goes to shopping centers for vote catching and when most see them they say to their families I SAW the prime minister or the opposition leader today at the shopping center whilst eating at the dinner table and because of this most will automatically vote for that person. The Same thing happen on a High Profile Child sex case as this HIGH PROFILE advocate that against Child abuse will show its ugly face and it will be in the Court room smiling to the Jury and when first juror spots it he or she will bump the shoulder of the other jurors and say thats so and so there and because of this like our Election the jurors will vote for that person on the Public gallery and that is GUILTY!
Its a SHAM and Pell only has a 5% chance of getting off at the Committal Hearing and if he does you watch what the DPP will do to get around this.
I will show you what the Public is like today.
We run a service to take care of injured Native birds, I have built a Aviary outside (look for my post about recognize that dish in General Sat, you will see it there on the background) and we have a Room in the House with Cages and other for injured birds Yes we have been doing this for years. Last year my daughter made a Mistake to put a story and part photo of the injured expensive bird on Face Book as this bird needed help to recover and which it did so what happened after it was posted on facebook. We HAD 82-86 People saying the BIRD was their BIRD. I even had one female that track us down and knocked on the door DEMANDING that the bird was hers and threatened us if we did not give the birds back. When we told her to give us some features of the bird + the Bird is Micro Chip you should have the number (we have the reader) and the ring number and she become abusive to a point we had to call the Police (Have camera on the front door) I cannot believe what happened after this. Damm the public as most of them are liars and most of them were females that said and fought that the birds was hers. DAMM to the lot of them! and people like this will be a Pells Trial.
