ntsc to pal download is it possible?

Hi all, my brother downloaded a NTSC game which will not play on his Pal 360, I could of saved his download been wasted if he asked, anyway is it possible to make the game play on his 360?

No it won't work. Make sure that the game you download is either PAL or NTSC region free.
