    Default New to Satellite Cards

    HI,

I am just new to Satellite TV Cards but am very eager to get involved and learn all I can.

I have just pruchased a Pheonix Card programmer and was looking for some information on the best ways to get started.

Does anyone know of any beginners guides, sites or references that may be able to help me?

I guess I really need to learn everythign there is to know and really want to know where to start.

Shoud I be trying to learn about the different type of cards forst, or how the cards are programmed. Or should I start somewhere else???

Any suggestions are more than welcomed.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi witdreday,

As a starting point I would recommend you start reading the posts in this sub forum of Satellite Television, particularly under wafers and cards, programmers and decoders. There is a lot of info stored in these areas and it should give you some idea of what you want to achieve. There are other sites that detail some of the things that you are after, try googling using some key words. If your lucky enough someone might post some sites.

    Cheers and Good luck
