    Default Nintek in receivership.....

If you are not aware of it, nintek has been placed in receivership.

However the website is still open and appears to be still taking orders(and people's money). I would have thought this was against the law.....

I ordered and paid for a new pc in november and obviously won't be getting it. what annoys me is that they clearly knew they couldn't supply the pc when i ordered it, but still took my money.....

no doubt they will file for bankruptcy and open up under a different name....

Thats bullshit Hoe , go down to your branch and start thumping some desks. You are more than entitled to a chargeback. Demand to see the manager , if they dont want to play its time for the Ombudsman

I really dont think they want you to go down that road. But dont hesitate to let them know that you will

Thanks for the heads up , I would hate to see anyone else get caught out on this

yep should be able to get that back as goods you purchase were not received.

But needs to be a credit card not a DEBIT VISA CARD
