    yeh same mate
ive played around heaps and heaps before
had a free night tonight so i thought id pull out my pda and have a play.

it works with wifi to my trixbox server, i havnt tried any other providers.

i cant get it to work over 3G/HSDPA yet... that would be ideal.

    cheers

let us know how u go

tried phone number and password, acc number and password, i rang engin
to double check password, i used byo.engin.com.au, mel.byo.engin.com.au
and syd.byo.engin.com.au, still get "searching....." then "no service"
so it seems not so simple after all

Didnt have any luck with Gotalk using this software, however
i found some other software (Schap's setup voip and Sleuth's wm6voip)
which when installed comes up with internet calling "available"
(using Engin or Gotalk) but if i try and make a call it keeps
using telstra and sets internet calling to "no service"for a
few minutes before changing back to "available"?
it may have something to do with the phone (HTC touch diamond)
anyway if someone else wants to try it, ive uploaded it to RS.

    INSTALL
    1. unrar voip.rar
    2. copy both cab files to WM6 device
    3. install both and restart
    4. go to start - settings - today - items and check internet calling
to place it on the today screen
    5. go to start - programs - setup voip and enter details
    6. enable wifi and connect to an access point
