    Default B3 Moved by 0.5 degrees?

    Some vertical transponders are dead. Lyngsat states that it is moving/moved 0.5 degrees East and no frequencies are listed. Horizontal transponders are booming as usual, which doesn't make sense. Does anyone have any info whats happening?
