From your post, I'm going to suggest you've read way too much fiction, or are attempting to protect the crown jewels.
Here's some hard truth. No matter what system you install in your house, someone with enough knowledge will always find a way past it if they want to. No electronic security system is infallible. Having said that, unless you're a super high risk (firearms, cash, jewels, drugs) why would someone bother with you that has an alarm over your neighbours that don't?
Doesn't use magnetic door/window sensors (but rather a less bypassable method) - most common method of protecting doors/windows and unless a crim knows where they are, they're not going to be able to effectively get around them. There are other devices that can be used in some cases such as old school plungers etc. Shock sensors can also be considered for windows.
Uses motion sensors other than IR - Again, the most common method of detecting motion. If you want anything else, you're going to spend a fortune
Doesn't use old cellular technology in control panels/keypads You don't want it monitored so it wont.
Has an alternative power supply All systems installed under AS/NZS 2201.x are required to have a backup battery
Has anti-jamming counter measures You specified hardwired. What do you think someone's going to jam?
Doesn't use remotes. Your system, your choice. Don't specify them.
