    Default Timing belt

Does anybody know the breaking strain for gt2x6mm timing belt,
and how much weight would it lift without slipping on the pulleys ?
I realize slippage depends on the number of teeth and the tension so just give me some figures and I'll see if I can go from there.

Plenty of sources to choose from by a simple SEARCH, such as .

Check the second hit, 'The World of Belts' for starters.
