    Default Want to Buy - Radio Scanner - Under $100

    I'm looking for a radio Scanner for hobby Direction Finding of small 70cm band transmitters (433 Mhz etc) and general scanning.

    All I need is something that is hand held, PC Programmable, and hopefully covers the above bands, and more if possible.

    Uniden or similar appear to do the job, would prefer AA battery model even if older model.

    I have one of these

    Brand new. I bought it for my wife about 10-15 years ago from our local Tandy shop! She never used it.

    I just connected the charger and works fine.

    Not sure what it's worth. Let me know if you are interested
