Davey Pump shaft seal replacement

Hi Guys,

Anyone know which way round the shaft seal goes on my Xcelsior pump?
I know its probably a stupid question, i just don't want to put it in the wrong way.

Take a look here. From memory do not touch the sealing surfaces

The white seal goes in the impeller, the seal with the spring and grey ceramic, goes into the rear pump housing. The shiny ceramic wear-surfaces should sit against each other when the impeller is screwed back on the rotor shaft.

A little food-grade silicon grease (vaseline in a pinch) on the rubber of the white seal, and the stainless press-fit collar of the grey seal will help pressing them into their seats and ensure a good seal. Don't get any grease on the ceramic wear-surfaces.
