What's your settings like do you have it on single or universal?
If you go to dish setting the lnb type is universal if you have an inverto black ultra lnb, then click on lnb frequency and select 9750/10600.

I've done all of that, factory reset it a million times and even downgraded it to other versions.

IT DOES NOT work with a universal LNBF, I'm not sure if you're confused or blatantly lying, UP has CONFIRMED it doesn't send the 22Hz Tone to switch the frequency, and watching my sat finder while it blind-scans I can plainly see it's not sending the tone.
Blind-scanning will work fine on Intelsat 18 lower-band stuff, but on anything else it simply DOES NOT WORK.

If you don't want to use a universal LNBF or easily available DVB-T tuner then this the box for you, otherwise it's not.

Honestly why I brought any sort of receiver is lost on me, save yourself the hassle, buy a small Dell Optiplex (They can be as small as receiver while sporting a Skylake CPU) and HTPC remote put it behind your TV put DVBViewer on it pickup a TBS card or something cheaper, and bam no problems.
Want to upgrade? Easy replace the card or add more RAM, storage whatever.
Something not working right? Oh well there's 50 other apps I can use or hell I can even write my own!
Want every device in the house to have access to the tuners? Easy install tvheadend and share it over Plex or Kodi.

Speaking candidly these receivers aren't worth the time or the hassle, PC route is the best way.

Anyway time to cut it, I've derailed this thread on what it started out to be. TBS Pro series card or UP those are your options for multi-stream, you know where my vote is having tried both.

Yes there's a small bug when executing a blind scan but only when using a Universal Ku band, 2 local oscillator, 9750/10600 type LNBF. This will more then likely be fixed in the next software issue anyway. I would not lose sleep over it. Beside in Australia and NZ, there's only the one satellite I18 at 180 east which has receivable channels on the low band which by the way expected to disappear by the end of this year as the LBF (le bouquet francais) will migrate to IPTV.

All other receivable Ku band channels are on the high band anyway well covered by the standard single 10700 LNB.

Again only when executing a bilnd scan using universal LNB, the 22Khz tone burst which cause the LNB to switch to the High Band 10600 L/o will activate during the first phase of the blind scan.. You get the found Transponder frequencies and Symbol rates table, but in the 2nd phase in which the channels names supposed to be populating the channel list the 22Khz tone burst fails to activate causing the LNB to remain on the low band (9750 L/O) hence only the low band channels if they are any will be inputted into the channel list.

There's no issue when executing a Autoscan or manual scan using Universal LNB,
There's no blind scan issue when using a 10700 or 11300 type LNB.
There's no bilnd scan issue when using a C band 5150 or OCS 5150/5750 LNB.

For the hard core satellite hobbies who insist on using a Universal LNB, wait for the next software issue. Meantime for any new channels which may pope up you can always consult Lyngsat which is updated daily and enter the frequencies manually.

Hey look I was right, confirmed again there's an issue. I'd patch the firmware myself if it was open source...

Inverto LNBF's are the best quality LNBF's I've used and I've tried a lot of them.
Everybody should be using them I wouldn't grade them as hard-core they're cheaper than everything sold locally, EVEN including shipping from EU and perform VASTLY better.

PC is easier and just works, not wasting my time with receivers any more.

@CONAXLE UP is the only one that can get the high SR stuff but I'd honestly just get a TBS card and DVBViewer with a PC if you want to save yourself a lot of time.

Just make sure you get one that can handle the high SR I think only the pro series can maybe the USB one.

If you are an IT professional watching your sat channels on a PC monitor go for the PC card.
For the average guy watching D1 on the lounge room TV the UltraPlus 1000 will do what you want and is simple to use.

Call the dictionary people apparently an IT professional is somebody who can plugin a USB tuner and install one piece of software and hit scan on their PC, are you serious?
You need the most basic of PC skills to do any of that, and it works 100% instead of the hit or miss UP, Windows 10 easy to configure wifi screen mirroring you can take advantage of to mirror it to your TV or just run a HDMI cord with a second display configured, $10 remote off ebay you're done.
Hell if anybody has any trouble doing it PM me your TeamViewer info I'll set the thing up in 5m

Yes... it's well covered in earlier posts in this thread

In the southeast Ch9 of I19 require a 1 meter dish, ABC/SBS of D1 are well received on a 75cm dish,
