Default Astone AP 360-T Died, what to replace it with

All of the A/V gear in my house died a few weeks back when our house was hit by lightning. All the stuff we have is no longer made and I am trying to find suitable replacements.

One of the items is my Astone AP360-T which was used a lot, played everything I threw at it from ISO's to various Rips, many file formats and custom stuff I made at home. So looking for something with the bell's and whistles it had. FullHD, HDMI, USB, LAN, HDD, TV Tuner and playback of almost every file format, it also could record too, but rarely used it for that. (Around $300 when I first bought it)

Another item used every day mostly by my wife was a Topfield PVR TRF7160, quad channel record, LAN (can even program recordings via built in webpage). (around $600 when i bought it)

Sony MuTeki sound system, the current model for sale looks more like a teenagers dream duke box, ours seems to have been the last of the generic style with 8+ speakers (2 Subs), The receiver was single unit which had the built in subwoofer amp, later model was two separate amps (one for the subs), model before the subs had their own amp. Anyhow unit is a 7.1/7.2 style. It had the right number of HDMI inputs we needed and more then enough RCA type inputs as well ($1200 when I bought it)

Insurance seems to be telling us what they will give us, but if I can find the replacements then I hope to get what I want and not what they give me. I need to find suitable replacement before they hand it off to some donkey to say "Here you can have this WING HO brand".

Computers, TVs, Networking Gear and File Servers are not so bad to replace since there is always something better.

So if you can drop any advice on something for the PVR's and Sound System then please pop in a comment.

I assume you can not buy an Astone anymore - my colleagues at work use dto rave on about how good these were in the past, I also nearly bought one but never did

If you can still buy one or get an equivalent I will be interested in for myself - It will be great to hear what others have to say here

I noticed an Astone 310 up for sale on ebay here ... I can not remember what the difference between a 310 and 360 is though
