    Default AFN on IS18 upgrades settings

    Hi Guys,

    This morn at 0100 AEST AFN ( IS18 C band) on 4174 upgraded its settings for the 'Direct To Sailor' service. Still PVU encrypt.
    freq 7174 L s/r 10999. Has added 4 radio channels in their own right and not part of the stereo TV audio. They are Eagle; Voice; Music 1; Music 2.
    Pic image qual has improved but not HD.
