    Default Vegans Invade Restaurant

Good ol Melbourne again...put'em in jail....I know a few people who would have done something had they been enjoying a steak.

The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Vegans that do what those morons have done are a perfect example of the type of human being the world is better off without.

That is trespass... public nuisance, etc.

What's the bet most, if not all of 'em are on some form of govt benefit.

Take that off them for starters!

Maybe they should try something therapeutic... perhaps an animal jigsaw puzzle.

    Why did they hurt anybody?

You always go on about too much PC lately that inhibits freedom of speech, but if others express their opinion that differs from yours they should be locked up.

According to that report many patrons found it amusing.
I would have laughed too. Then I would have then told them that nature is all about eating and being clever enough not to BE EATEN.
The cows in question are apparently not clever enough.
I don't eat them for health reasons but I catch and kill fish for consumption. So don't be fooled by my name.

Yelling at people with bullhorns and forcing your way into a premises is hardly peaceful OR legal. Just cause you think ....."oh, it's OK, they didn't actually hurt anyone"... doesn't make it legal OR moral. What if someone had had a heart attack by being exposed to sudden and deliberate loud noise.

Oh, the name and the situation never occurred to me.....doh!....

What's your address and when are you next consuming fish you killed? They can come to your place and exercise their right to free speech. Very loudly with bullhorns! Don't worry, they won't hurt you, so it must be okay!

They can I don't care but my place is not a pub so I never leave the doors open so they will have to chant outside in the garden.

Unlike violent rednecks bashing innocent people in a pub or in front of one.

Perhaps we should lock up all drivers with noisy exhaust systems too, because they can cause heat attacks
and truckies with their compression braking, hell yes they can really startle me out of bed in the middle of the night.

These people could spend their time far more constructively campaigning outside Volkswagen head office about their disgusting tests on monkeys with exhaust fumes.

Whether we like it or not, humans are carnivores. What we can do is ensure that animal killing methods are as humane as possible. These people could also spend their time harassing politicians for harsher penalties for deliberate animal cruelty.....their have been some pretty sick cases in this country lately.

It's much more fun for them to try to dictate what others can eat.

Yep, that's how they roll......loud, aggressive intolerance.

More leftie nonsense from someone who lives in a coastal retreat and is divorced from reality. You must eat a LOT of red herrings. An open door is not an invite, and besides the owner tried to prevent them from entering. He was just overwhelmed by them.

I'm sure you can see the difference between noise and deliberately created disruptive sound......sigh!

Well, i guess it had the desired effect they were looking for, it made the news and here we are talking about it.
Other than that, i honestly have no idea what protesting about meat consumption to an audience of meat lovers is going to achieve??

I'd love to have been there, would have thrown my left over ribs with sticky sauce all over them

I'd suggest that the restaurant own may have legal redress given that their business was harmed by the "protest".
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Despite how loud they yell, the human species is a Carnivore who has canine teeth evolved over the Millennia to tear off and chew MEAT from anything weaker than themselves and that includes other Humans !!!
I have often wondered why cannibalism was very restricted even amongst those who were wholly and solely intent on waging wars and raping and ravaging where ever they went.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

Maybe those vegans would be better off going to Africa and protesting to the Lions and Tigers. They also very cruelly kill their meat.

And I'm sure those same lions and tigers would have no issue with eating vegan.
