If this had occurred in Australia or some other "civilised" country, I could see the outrage, however, it's not as though many dogs are viewed as anything other than food in S Korea. We eat Skippy, and that is something other countries find strange.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

as lsemmens said , animals are just food in Korea and many other aisian countries , Ive been to markets over there and had to chance to buy horse , dog , fish , eel , rabbit , goat , you name it. much of the stock i couldnt identify. I found it disgusting at first but then i learned that many people prefer to buy fresh every day and then take it home to cook up , so at least they are not buying processed like we do.
I didnt post this because of it was a dog being eaten but that this fellow killed it and then invited the Dog's owner over to have a Munch on his pet.
Basically being a Carnivore, there is almost nothing on God's Earth that we cant eat unless it harms us.
I read a story that one reason an Antarctic Expedition failed was because they ate the sled dogs liver I think it was and it poisoned them like the lead used to seal the food cans leached into the food and critically impaired the eaters to become disoriented and die.

Doesnt it have something to do with the breed or age of the Dog that the liver becomes toxic?
You can eat the Dog, just dont eat the Liver.
The other expedition that suffered and died from lead poisoning was the one to find the fabled North West Passage above Canada.

There are many barking 'kin dogs around were i live, and if I could get away with it I'd butcher and cook the ignorant 'I dont give a f*** if my dog barks ALL day and half the night' owners, then feed said owners to the 'kin barking dogs....................along with a little 'extra' ...........
Bullets are quicker
Once we used to be able to get something done about nuisance animals, in this pathetic joke of a society nowdays that no longer seems to be the case, instead we are penalised for legit complaints.
Owning an animal should be like a driver licence, a privelage to be earned, respected & maintained, you f*ck up you lose the animal...wouldn't take long to sort the rubbish out.
