    Default Looking for RAM chip

    Hello,

I am looking for several 1G ram modules.

It is for some Netgear Readynas boxes.

    I have 256Mb existing.

    That ram chips says 256Mb DDR400 SO-DIMM 200pin

I have some 200 pin 1G chips here but the notch is in a different place.

Anyone have a source for this OLD module? I have looked at ebay and went to MSY with little luck.

    thanks for the look in

Ill look into it but all the DDR400 I have seen has the notch in a different position, only ever so slightly but enough to make me think that I need to be very specific in choosing what I replace it with.
