Default Russia prepares for Nuke War??

Xуевина, . . . . Good luck with that Putin, you can say all the nuke rhetoric you want, but you know and the world knows you ain't going to initiate a nuclear war and put "Mother Russia" into radioactive jeopardy over Assad and some ISIS camel jockeys (if there's any left)!

BTW, who is Putin kidding, he doesn't get along with the Muslims in "Mother Russia" never the less the Muslims in the Mideast?

And it wouldn't JUST be a nuke war with US, it was a tri-lateral attack involving the US, Britain, and France!

So it will be 3 against 1! Even Putin knows that a LOSING BET!

But wouldn't the Muslims just LOVE that, all the white infidels gone and the whole world then belongs to Allah!

ANY nuclear attack by anyone against anyone is a disaster for everyone. There will be no winner, even your dim witted deity would be advised against it.

The West and Russia are like two people standing in a basement up to their waists in gasoline. One has nine matches and the other has 10 matches. To say that either could win because they are ahead of the other is irrational and daft.

Result, no USA, no Russia, no food anywhere.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Maybe you need to ease off on your daily dose of Fox News exceptionalism a bit.

There are a lot of geopolitical factors at play here.......way, way beyond simplistic Muslims Vs White Infidels........but then I realise that as an American, that's probably a bit hard for you to comprehend.

Oh, and by the way....next time you have an atlas open, have a look for a place called China.

Nuclear War, step right up, everyones a looser !

Yeah, Vlad ain't going nowhere with this one.

Russia poisons a former double agent.
Vlad: "What you going to do? Nothing!"

Donald pops a cruise missile into Syria and Russia gets upset, "Meh! What are you going to do about it? Nothing !"

In the mean time all the left leaning countries who were saying Trump as a crazy brainless moron, have no realised that Putin is just a nuts, but for the same reason the right leaning USA didn't elect Hillary, they would sooner a right wing idiot than a left wing tyrant.
But now they've discovered that having a crazy uncle in the family is not so bad. When that crazy uncle does something wrong but you kind of like the outcome, "Meh - we couldn't stop him!"

I'm not sure why Don doesn't play a bit of hard ball.
Drop a tomahawk missile into Bashar al-Assad's personal residence. >BOOM<
Now you probably won't kill him. You might kill a few neighbours and employees. But you fvck up his shit and he should get a pretty clear message. That if you're going to indiscriminately target your own civilians then Uncle Sam might even up the score for them.

And while the Don does this he needs to make it clear. We're not messing with your gig. We don't want to control the country, we just don't want them blatantly committing crimes against humanity. So either you fix that shit your way or we will fix it if you don't.

The Europeans are kind of pleased they've got Trump now. He can do what they don't want to do but would like somebody else to do and wash their hands of the matter.

We like Vlad because he gets shit down and doesn't fvck around.
Unfortunately we don't like the fact that he is also a ruthless Tyrant.
I've spent a LOT of time in USSR and Russia so I'm very familiar with how things work and don't work in Russia.

cmangle has got it summed up nicely. Betting your balls backing camel jockeys. Yeah, that's not a winning ticket.
But I think Syria is Russia's Saudi Arabia. They've got too much skin in the game.

The USA needs to just use diplomacy with Vlad. Make it clear to him that what the US wants doesn't conflict with what Russia wants.
We want that ####er gone and you can keep his ashes.

It worked with Cuba. USA has kept it's promise not to invade Cuba. They have basically steered clear of the place for 60 years.
It's a policy they need to employ with Iran and North Korea/China.
Iran's government wants it's own security. USA can give them a guarantee. Don't Chem, Don't Bio, Don't Nuke and don't kill your own innocent civilians and we will never invade or encourage others to challenge the state.
It doesn't mean we will like you. But if you break the deal, we'll work actively to fvck your shit up.

North Korea is a hard case. China likes the buffer to South Korea. But I don't think shutting down NK and becoming neighbours with Korea 2.0 would be so bad.
I just look at Shenzhen and Guangzhou before the Hong Kong handover. When I first went through there in the 90's it was a trashy fishing village selling worthless plastic trinkets.
30 years later, the place is a powerhouse and one of the major trading centers in the world. So much so that I think that people are now trying to jump the border out of Hong Kong to get back into China
Hong Kong really does not have any advantages over Shenzhen anymore. I'd say Disneyland was the only claim they had left, but HK Disney is crap and China now has it's own.

I can easily see China setting up shop on the Korean border and putting Korea under the thumb and taking Japan down with them.
There's obviously more to it than kicking Kim's fat arse out of the chair.
Yes I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.

To believe ANYTHING the western media are sprouting re this incident is just delusional

I very much doubt Assad or the Ruskies are responsible for the so called crimes against humanity eg the gas attack, its more likely been committed by the rebel camel jockies themselves (with the help of 'advisors', to garner more support from the evil west who really DO want to control Syria, or at least build and control a certain gas pipeline to Europe which would be a poke in the eye to Putin

I would definitely be careful of the cyber war. Just the other day I got an email telling me that they caught me "pleasing myself" through my webcam whilst watching porn, and if I didn't pay up the 300USD (via bitcoin wallet no less) that they were going to show the video to everyone I know. I mean FFS, you can do anything you like, but nobody, and I mean nobody, gets to screw with my very personal and intimate "me time".

    Where will it all end?

If the Three major powers cant agree to disagree then how would they justify spending BILLIONS on their respective Military?
The Three Majors have been happily 'Sabre Rattling' since the end of WW2.
I have to say I was extremely concerned when the old Soviet Union collapsed in the 80's as who would the Yanks use as a 'Bogey Man' to warrant their intrusion into everywhere in the guise of 'Fighting for Democracy'?
No more 'Duck and Cover', The Russians are Coming and 'Better Dead than RED' if we're all Chums and these slogans infer or say say Russian, not Chinese.......
In recent times North Korea has popped its head above the Parapet and this has put the Cat among the Pigeons as North Korea is an unknown variable in the art of Sabre Rattling and may think you just dont rattle it but actually draw it from its sheath !!!
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

The strikes against that lowlifer Assad were pretty low key really, just knocked off a few chemical manufacturing plants and storage depots from what I have read.

Chlorine is pretty easy to get and Assad had plenty of time to stash supplies out in the desert somewhere I guess.

Even Trump is not so silly as to bomb airbases and military installations where possibly Russian personnel might be stationed. That would be to risky even for Trump.

Think the stories about Russia preparing for nuclear war are more likely the usual propaganda from Putin's fright machine.

Putin could not hope to win a nuclear war and I don't think even the Yanks could realistically hope to win one either.

There is enough information regarding the use of an Atomic Weapon on cities after Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed during WW2 to know while the Bomb destroys in the usual manner by the force of explosion, but unlike 'conventional' explosives it leaves behind radiation that has a devastating effect on the population and takes years to disperse.

Chernobyl is still a 'No Go Zone' and the Radiation is damaging the materials that were used in trying to contain it which is making it a potential disaster if they dont succeed.

No, not really. The first is nuclear fallout from an atomic weapon. We are dealing with proportionally larger weapons. The immediate fallout is a concern, but the effects of such fallout quickly dissipate and disperse.
It is nothing like Chernobyl. I find it hard to give some kind of analogue comparison.

The point of a nuclear weapon is to fission as much material as possible in the shortest period of time and do this with the smallest amount of material. The fissile material in a warhead is typically less than 50kg.
The weapon destroys itself completely and disperses it's tiny amount of material over a large area. It dilutes into the environment far and fast.

By comparison a nuclear reactor is a very large amount of fissile and non-fissile material and fission products. When it physically explodes like Chernobyl did, it spreads this huge amount of material over only a relatively small area and most of it falls to the ground. It's not easily dispersed or carried away to be diluted into the environment.

When we look at Hiroshima, this was about 20kg of Uranium, most of which was converted to fission produces, vaporised into individual atoms like a gas and then spread over ~100km^2.
Chernobyl has 100 tonnes of fuel and over 3.5 tonnes of U235 in that fuel. So it is likely there was over 1000kg of fission products in the reactor at the time of the explosion.
These were then spewing out of the reactor like a fountain over several weeks.

30 years after WW2, you've never know Hiroshima was bombed with a nuclear weapon.
30 years after Chernobyl, it's still ticking over nicely on my geiger counter.

Nah, I was just being a little sarcastic.

It's just a spam message doing the rounds. I don't watch porn.

A lot of people said they have got it before, and someone said they actually saw 300USD's worth of bitcoin in this person's wallet - some poor guilt-ridden soul paid them.

Just sounds a lot like 1930's Nazi Germany replaying all over again - very popular leader with landslide victories because he uplifted the people, economic upswing and productivity, leader with personal vision of wanting to expand the "kingdom", etc. Heard it all before. Then he does something the west don't like and he becomes an island unto himself. They should prepare the Argentinian hideaway so long.
