It's a great piece of software, u need to ensure you have enrolled the panel via wizard and not manually.

I'm trying to configure the TecomC4 to connect it to Challenger10.

It would seem from your comment that you have not completed the TecomC4 training course.
Getting connected is one thing but have you set up your Challenger?
If so what have you used?
What setting have you got in the C10?

Yes, your correct i i didn't completed the training for TecomC4.

I'm using the TitanCT for the configuration of C10 from TitanCT i'm able to online the C10 but when it come's to TecomC4 wont get online.

COMM PATH
Comm Path #3 TitanCt
Comm Path #4 TecomC4

I am guessing that you can connect to the C10 with CT ok.

Delete Comm path 4 and then bulk save com path 3 to path 4.
Change the port to say 3002 and save it.
Takes all the defaults across.

You can then have both talking at the same time.

What is the C10 firmware version?

If you have TeamViewer I can probably take a look. Depending on the time zone. Can't have it intruding on my gaming time

I already done that, how about the IP Add in Path 4 should it be the C10 Ip Add?

Any port number you like as long as its not the same as the other connection.
Path enabled?

What is the rest of the version number? 10.6.?
Have you installed the Challenger 10 driver?

hi, fyi i'm able to connect the C10 to TecomC4 after many trials and thanks for the help. anyway do you have a configuration manual of tecom c4 and titanCt?

Sorry I can't send the manuals to you.

You really need to attend a TecomC4 training course.

There will be an online course available in the not to distant future with Interlogix but as I understand it won't be Challenger10 based.

we are using a 37bit card with no facility code, how i'm able to config the card in credential types?

Hi Poody, what do i mean is i already use the 37bit in credentials type but i think i missing something because the card number printed in the card is different in the TecomC4 when i'm testing.

You are going to have to learn the card data into each credential.

This forum is not the place to get TecomC4 training.
There will be issue after issue unless you know what you are doing and have it setup correctly.

I hope you are not doing this for a customer dude.
