Default Can anyone recognise this Make/Manufacture of 1.2M Offset Dish

Yes as the title says, Can anyone recognize the Manufacture of this very strong 1.2M Offset dish as I want to buy another and also if available where can you buy it from. Also if you look at the other dish next to it its also a 1.2 Offset dish but it not as strong as the one in the middle of this photo so that will be the last choice..

The Left Dish below is the one I require preferably. Both are 1.2M

The Right Dish below is the one I require preferably. Both are 1.2M

I am curious to ask why you think one dish is 'Stronger' than the other as they look adequate to me.
I am guessing but I would expect all dishes are designed and constructed to a minimum standard which includes corrosion and wind speed.

There is or was a Company called Prodelin or Prodline who made various sized fibre glass dishes.

It 'may' be an Azure Shine dish.

I'm not certain about the mount, but the dish itself certainly looks like it.

They are very strong with a rolled edge, unlike the other dish pictured which is just a pressed metal edge, prone to flexing.

Apart from the rolled edge, the metal is also thicker overall than the other dish.

Azure Shine dishes are fairly readily available from many sat suppliers. Sat Plus have them.

Also, Lacey's TV sell AI (Antenna Industries) dishes, which I understand may be from the same manufacturer.

I've used both AS and AI dishes and can't tell them apart.

the top pic, the left hand one is like mine and that is a jonsa and as mtv said it doesn't flex

the other might be a strong going by the mount or some generic brand

There are two dishes pictured... the dish on the right in the top pic (weaker construction) certainly looks like a Hills dish, the type Austar, (now Foxtel) install.

The other could indeed be a Jonsa dish, or Azure Shine as I mentioned above.

The top photo the Left dish is very strong as I can bump it and it does not move. Same Photo The one on the right all you need to do is bump it and its flexes. Have a look at the mounts and how its supported.

Yes I also have a 1.8 Prodelin and its EXTREMLY strong. Had it for 20 years and still looks like new.

Yes It would be good to get anyone at 1.2M Offset at the moment as they are starting to get hard and EXPENSIVE. Well I had a look at Melbourne Satellite and they want $553 for a 1.2M flimsy DJos120 which is a Jonsa.

Surly you can get them less than $500. I lost the receipt of the Original strong one so I dont know where you get it from.

See my post above re: Azure Shine/AI dishes from SatPlus & Lacey's TV.

Both are very strong, with the rolled edge.

I install these all the time.

The Hills dishes that Foxtel install, even the larger ones on commercial installations, (like the other dish pictured) are absolute crap.

Yeah, you may need to ring both, as they don't appear to list them on their websites at the moment.

Shipping could be steep from WA to QLD. I think the 1.2M the Good one cost us around $380 to my door. Anyhow more companies i get the more than I can ring.

It was the colour that threw me as with rare exception, the majority (Austar) are charcoal grey/grey matt black, Brown like that mostly on communications towers or Internet type with the odd white or light colour.

Just thinking with the exception of the LNB being changed a few years ago, my Austar dish must be almost 20 years old !!

Looks pretty much identical to the Azure Shine/AI dishes I mentioned.

Quite likely a re-badged version... but way overpriced.
