With all the crap happening around the world, filling the news these days, I thought this was a great story about a deaf and partially blind dog that kept a lost three-year-old girl safe in Australian bushland overnight and was awarded police honours Saturday after leading rescuers to the child.
Well done Max!!!

Heard the story on the radio
Didn't know the dog was recognized.

Had another in the last few days where a child has 'Gone Walkabout' with the Dog and were found safe and well.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
Saw that on the news. Blueys are great pets and VERY loyal. It's ok if you live with them, but heaven help any "stranger" who meets one. Reds are even worse.

I know the feeling.
I had seven stitches after a red one bit me around my ankle and got infected.
