    Default

It's a USB 4G router dongle for wireless broadband?
USB devices send an ID code when you plug them in to announce what the device is and how to interface with it EG a mouse or keyboard would ID as 'human interface device', read/write flash memory as 'mass storage'

The 'mass storage' is the optional SD card you can plug into it and that shows up as removable drive in your OS.
