I'm seeking a reliable source from where I can download the Protected Garmin File Toolkit.
I can find a couple of sources via Google, but all seem too untrustworthy.
Any assistance appreciated.

2.2.5.4 x64 seems the latest that is out there and is the version I am seeking.

Looking to use it for MapSource files, but may also use it for an older Nuvi 14xx.
It should be fine for your 14xx maps. If you have problems with unlocking MS installed files let me know, there are other ways.
For anyone looking for the latest version of Protected Garmin File Toolkit, there's now V2.3.0.4 (64 bit only) available which unlike V2.2.5.4 removes the signed portion:
