Default Paradox Alarm/Ness GSM Dialler problem

So we have a Paradox K32LCD Alarm and dropped our monitoring service due to our phone line being cut with the NBN a few weeks ago. I bought a Ness 106-249 3G GSM Dialler for self mobile monitoring (Amaysim sim card). I plugged the phone line from the alarm panel into the Ness and input my mobile into the Paradox under GSM, set off the alarm and it didn't dial, just threw up a communication error. I plugged in our handset to the Ness and dialled my mobile no problems.

Meanwhile it's still chewing up the credit dialling every day (even when I'm not testing it) the following number: 134517050951499.

Any advice would be welcome before I resort to paying someone to look at it, thanks.

It's still trying to dial the control room.

It will need to be reprogrammed to dial your mobile.

You will need access to installer as well as master programming for it.

I have already inputted my mobile into the alarm panel under the messaging and dialling sections. There is no sign of the back-to-base number.

The back to base number is in the installer programming - hence needing both codes.

Whoever installed it should be able to reprogram it for you

The installation company went bankrupt a couple of years ago.

Without the installer code you will have to default it and reprogram completely - not a DIY job in my opinion.

If the original installer has enabled lock out and you can't default it it will be a boat anchor.

You should probably get out a tech who knows Paradox and get them to check it.
