    Default Solar Panel Advice

I already have a coupe of small solar setup sat my house (1kw, and 1.5kw). The 1.5kw was the original one. The 1kw (it's on a 3.5kw inverter) was just a small addon at the time (5 or more years ago now) until I could afford to add some more panels to it.
Well the other day, I was given (long story) 8 x 250w panels. Now the thing about these panels is that they all have a small inverter on the back of them (micro inverter).

So waht I want ot know is how do I wire these up to my system. Obviously they cant just plug into my inverter as it;s expecting dc, and these things pump out ac.

Do I just wire it straight into the sub board in the shed ?

What about some monitor so I can see if it;s working ? Is there something off ebay that would work ? How about this one

    Any advice is gratefully received.

    Cheers.
When I was a kid, I used to have an imaginary friend. I thought he went everywhere with me. I could talk to him and he could hear me, and he could grant me wishes and stuff too. But then I grew up, and stopped going to church.

Hahaha thanks for looking after me mate, but I am still going to get an electrician to do the work. Just want to have all the info and parts ready for him (whoever I get).

    Cheers.

Check the micro inverters & google the model
Some are DC optimisers & some make AC mains
If they're DC ones you'd feed them via a DC isolator into similar voltage string input on an inverter.
IF they're AC ones, they connect "direct" to the AC switchboard (via suitable breaker, etc).

Here's a pic of the microinverter. It appears it's AC output.

    Cheers.

And PS, AC micro inverters connect all in parallel NOT series!
