HELP - Turn off calling when arming/ disarming on Bosch Solution 3000

Hi everyone

Just need a bit of help. Every time, when I arm and disarm the alarm system via keyfob, it rings on my mobile phone and I have to acknowledge it to stop ringing me again. How do i go about turning the calling off when arming and disarming via keyfob.

I have programed open close report by going into location 0403 and set it to 0, but it still rings me up.

Is there any other thing needs to be done or I am missing something.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Did you do 965# when in installer mode to set it up for domestic dialling

Yes, domestic dialing is all set up. Works perfectly fine when alarm activates and I acknowledge it but bit of nuisanse now as it calls me up every time I arm and disarm. I dont want this.
