Email settings on Fuji Xerox C1190 MFP -emailsplit

Need some help with a printer thats been networked at work.

We are able to email scanned documents directly from the flat bed or document feeder without an issue, however when we try to scan more than 7 pages, it splits the document and sends the pdf though in separate pdf's in separate emails. ie the first 7 pages come through on the pdf in the first email, follwed by pages 8-14 in the next email and so forth.
Ive tried looking in the manual and cant find the setting to adjust this.

Does someone have any idea on how to adjust for this setting?

Have you talked to anyone at Fuji Xerox about this?

They are the logical people to contact as it's their product.

I have worked for several large manufacturers and my experience is there are always very knowledgeable people in their support departments.

Should be in settings under batch email.
