After shooting his victim, I reckon that alone is worth 50 years for attempted Murder, plus kidnapping, Robbery with Violence, Robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, Grievous Bodily harm......Theres a 100 years plus without the other lesser charges.
Maybe they deducted a decade for each bullet the Victim managed to pump into him.........
