I went to a level crossing smash one day to control the road traffic as the Lights and Bells were still ringing and I saw 2 blokes sort of 'strolling' along the Track from the wreck towards me and when they got closer I asked what they were doing and it turned out to be one of the local Undertakers who had the Government Contract to retrieve remains, and they were doing an 'Emu Walk' to ensure that they had all of the deceased as they didnt want anyone later finding something left behind.
The deceased was driving something like a F100 sort of light truck that had hit an 80 tonne Railmotor almost head on at around 100kph due to the angle the road crossed the tracks.
The impact made quite a mess of him hence the search for anything of him from the point of impact to where everything stopped about 150 metres away.
Evidence later showed the vehicle driver had been drinking all day going from Pub to Pub and he was headed for the last 2 before calling it a day.............

what they should have done was take some photos of the BITS left behind buy the train and made a poster saying you want to trespass and paint trains this could be you.
