Bosch oven and cook top

The oven is model number HBA11B150A. Every time the door is opened we get a face full of steam - most unpleasant.
Is this normal?

Cooktop model nuber - unknown. It is a four burner type - one of which is a wok burner.
It is not possible to vary the heat of the three normal burners - output is the same regardless of knob position.

There's your answer, if the cooktop isn't working correctly, complain to the landlord. Face full of steam from the oven could well depend upon what it is you are cooking. Have you tried opening the door and waiting for half a second before looking in the oven?
