Now for my Ultimo 4K box I'm now getting the latest XML (well trying too) File from and when I'm in there I select CUSTOM and select all the satellite I want a I download them but at the bottom of that page you have a ENIGMA 2 Setting Converter. so does it convert Enigma 1 to 2 or is it Enigma 2 to start with and convert to something else. The reason why I ask when I download the Custom XML file for our region and when I convert it, it becomes Encoding UTF-8 yet before I converted it it was ISO-8859-1 and I think it should be ISO-8859-1 as the converted where it is UTF-8 has plenty of missing transponders and I have the Entire full range of Satellites around the world.
Again when I first download the XML file and I don't Convert it AT ALL I open it in Internet Explorer and has the Exact ones I wont but when I convert it it has transponders missing and has every satellite in the world so what gives with that converter and what does it do.

Finally after 3 months of pulling my hear out I can change the XML file (new transponders or removed Transponders) in 20 second and it does not corrupt the Setting in Reception settings which take 1 hr 15min to fix and because all is good now I can do a auto scan that scan 24 Satellite one after each other with the 2.3M dish moving by itself and scan the fixed dishs too so I do nothing just start it and thats it and walk away. From start it takes 1hr 45 min to do 24 sats. I got no help from no sites, No help except for one good member to set up Oscam to auto roll as again it was not me why it was not auto roll it was the wrong config that was give to me so i cant get it going.
