    Default Iomega ZIP Drive

I have a 100MB Disk I need to recover the files from.
I have found a parallel port Zip Drive but cannot find Drivers for it.
All searches do not actually give the driver.

Anyone have a driver disc ?

Are you looking for Windoze stuff, or Linux stuff. I think I have windoze drivers for on somewhere. Not at home at the mo, so you are going to have to wait for a couple of days.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Tried that. It is a general Driver Updater.
MalwareBytes deletes it as it contains a pup.

I have used the program in question before without any ill effects.

It's not unknown for Malwarebytes to return a "false positive" on some occasions.

False positives are returned by all anti malware/anti spyware/anti virus programs from time to time.

Unless it has the actual drivers it will not work, as Windows does not recognize the hardware.
Willing give it a go, by disabling Malwarebytes, as the computer I will use is a test dummy anyway.

Sorry, now I'm home, I've looked but it appears that I've deleted them from the server in some past clean out. I still have the drive but no drivers.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Being a hoarder of all things that might come in handy one day, I have the drivers for Win 95, 98 and NT (I guess NT 4.0) and Mac. No XP drivers.

The drivers might have been built in by the time XP came out. Have you tried connecting it up to see what happens?

The device is not recognized by XP so the inbuilt Drivers are not installed.
Tried all the get arounds to recognize the drive to no avail.
The Drivers for NT.4.0 will work for Win 2000 (NT5.0), which I have on one machine.

Tried it on Win 2000P today and it installed.
It took me to WW43.IOMEGA.COM and that does not fully load.
Tried the URL on another Computer with the same result.

    Problem Solved.

I changed the cable I was using to connect to the drive. Bingo !
    It was recognised and installed.
I now have all files copied to the hard drive and copied to USB Stick.

Thanks to everyone that tried to help.
