Yes, Yes Yes GET OUT OF IT!!

Only on Friday I was talking to my Lawyer Friend and he told me "are you in My Health and he explained to me about it. Well put it this way, he is Now defending are case in court about Corruption in the Public area (can't say) so what happened the Guy was raided by the Police to get evidence against him and took some papers away but during the search they Found something that is not related to the case (Typical Cops) they Found VIAGRA but they ask him for the evidence that he got it through a Doctors Prescription so after this they left only to come back two days later to charge him to have Frigging VIAGRA without prescription. I was told the Police Accessed his My Health and they did not go to court to get a Court order.
Now I have forgotten as my friend told me as I was told that the Police have another way of getting a Court order after hours which it seem they always Use ( EASY TO GET IT THIS WAY) and used this to get into his record on what proscription he has and is taken.

Personally, I would call

on the above claims.

So the lawyer is defending a case for this guy in regards to corruption but we cant be told what, so they raided his house and found prescription drugs for which he didnt have a prescription. And he got charged.

Ummm....if you cant prove its prescribed, you will be charged. There is a whopping big sticker on the box when legally prescribed by a chemist that has the doctors name on it. Now if it doesnt have that, and you cant or wont prove it was prescribed, you will get charged, its as simple as that.

Nothing was said it was in a Box at all. ALL I said that Viagra was found and he did not have a script for it. Apparently it must be illegal to have Viagra with a prescription for it. Well you might call it BS and personally I don't care if you dont believe it.
I'm tell you what had happen and you must know I cannot tell the complete story on a public forum.
I bet you if you search Googles you will find others that were charge with drugs like Viagra by Police and yet the police went there to Find something else.

Just searched for one Minute and I found:

CHUCKLES rang out in a Toowoomba court this week when a chap appeared on a charge of being in possession of a Viagra tablet without a prescription.

Look for more there is plenty of them

People today think that Police that raid you house and find NO evidence related to the complaint think that the Police Like to leave the premises emply handed. Only a Fool believe this.

Look for what ?

All you have posted is a collection of people that have been charged for possession of drugs for which they do not hold a prescription. Viagra is a prescription drug, its as simple as that. if you got it illegally and it wasnt prescribed to you by a GP, you will be charged.

People that have police raiding their house are usually not the average run of the mill person.

And if police do have a reason to raid your house, there is a very good chance they will look at everything in your house including drugs. I would certainly expect them to be asking me some questions if they raided me.

I signed up for one several years ago now. Its a bit of a running joke between myself and my GP as no health specialists bother to upload anything to it.
The only things in mine are what my GP has put in there....just stuff between me and him. He can access all my scans etc directly with providers.

Having said that, I "deleted" it due to the publicity this current issue has caused as all providers are now being forced to use it and I don't think third party access is clear enough.
Of course it isn't deleted, just cant be used. I am not particularly worried about it being hacked, more the third party access which is not detailed adequately enough in my opinion.

I had no problem deleting it, I logged in to MyGov where I have access to Centrelink ( have to declare my wifes income very fortnight), Taxation Department and My Health.

Regardless, all health will be online in the future whether people like it or not. Go to hospital these days and you will not find a clipboard hanging off the end of your bed, doctors and nurses input all your stuff on iPads.

Apple are trustworthy arent they ?

Of course we all voted against the "Australia Card" didn't we? I would also call M672a's story as a bit light on facts. I was raided some time ago (on incorrect information) and they took all my computers in the months leading up to my daughter's wedding. She was interstate, so I was planning it. Everything was on those computers and it caused all sorts of stress. After they'd had them for some weeks, I rang up to see when I could get them back only to be given a run around. I got onto (can't recall the propper name now but like the Ombudsman) who made one phone call. I got a call from the same coppers I'd been harassing saying that I can have my machines back. When? About two weeks before we can get them back to you, but if you want to collect them. 3 hours driving and I had my machines back, no apologies, no nothing. (I did ask and they did not find what they were hoping for is all I know). If they wanted to book me, they've lost their chance, the statute of limitations on this particular episode is long past. So, the only time the cops will book you for some misdemeanour is if they have something way bigger in your larder that they want, but do not have acceptable evidence.....yet.
