As the courts and judges allowed this gross miscarriage of justice, it should be them that meet all costs of these innocent parties...plus compensation...as if that will ever happen with our 'justice' system.

Therein lies the problem. Who holds these people to account? Oh! That's right, politicians. Need I say more........

I'd love to see this despicable practice become a common occurrence to public serpents and politicians who do what they do best..................act in their own interest as opposed to the interests of the ppl they are paid to represent

The way to prevent it in the future is have the sheriff of the court issue the writ.
That prevents the falsification of the process.

What do you call a solicitor with half a brain? Your Honor !
But to be fair, the magistrates had no reason to suspect there was something fowl going on.

Take a step back, before any case gets to a court it should have gone to mediation. If one person turns up to mediation and the other does not, it should be the mediators job to find out why.
That step would have unraveled the fraud before it got off the ground.

I would suggest that the victim's of crime compensate his victims and he be arrested for fraud and made a victim of the state before one of the people he ####ed over has him whacked.
Yes I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.
