If you want a high performance lnb for ku, I recommend an inverto lnbf or flange. Invacom feedhorn pairs well with it as well I've heard.
I've only ever used them on c/ku feedhorns, if you want to get one of those get a Pansat/ADL/CalAmp.

is your c band held in place by the scalar rings ? if so its quite easy to mount a ku lnb on the existing feed holder .all you need to do is make a 2" blank out of ply , then cut a hole in the center at 40mm/ 20mm depending on your existing lnb, then cut the round out to the outside like a horseshoe ,put this in your existing scalar holder and do up the screw that hold the c band lnb in place to hold the ku band lnb pull your lnb into the same position as your c band was with the outer back against the scalar rings , there are some losses but they are not significant to experiment with and your problem will be the skew which gets finer the closer to the satelite you are ,or closer to the equator . What are you using to analyse the signal you need to look at the if 950-2100mhz with some accuracy as its going to be fiddly to get right . ps (the ply needs to be over 20mm thick ) cut out with a hole saw . hope this helps
