I'd played with Linux on and off over the years only to return to Windoze because of a lack of support for hardware the way I wanted to and my dependence upon M$ Orifice. I've now been weaned! FWIW it only takes me about 30 minutes to re-install an OS and perform all updates and customisation in Linux. Last time I installed Windoze, it took me a couple of days to get back to a useable and safe OS.
I am still running on windows 7 for the same reasons as you have pointed out. I have known for a while ow that eventually i will have to change. Are you saying you are back on that awful 10? Linux wasnt worth it?
