Default Recording Tasmania and Darwin Television

I am looking for someone who has equipment to record Free to Air Television in either Tasmania or Darwin.

I am after certain short local content in the commercial breaks that is only available in those areas.

If anyone is willing and has a USB TV Recorder or PVR that can transfer to content to a computer to send, could you please reply so I can contact you specifying the specific things I am after?

I would appreciate any help offered.

I've found that you can watch live TV using 7plus, iView or any of the other streaming services. You may also find the content you are after is on these catchup channels.

Maybe replays like 7Plus etc can only be accessed from your local ISP area and wont let you choose any programming at Random ?

There does not appear to be any restriction from what I can tell, ABC news, frinstance, shows a selection for each state. I'm at my son's home at the moment and the TV that I watch has no aerial connected, so I must watch using the catch up channels via an xBox that is wifi connected. Live TV seems to work well via catch up channels.

The OP specified content in commercial breaks.

This suggests he wants the commercial networks.

Commercial networks are available in most regions, to stream which can then be downloaded. With VLC or Youtube-DL

Nice list, but unless I missed it, I don't see Darwin or Tassie commercial stations listed, which is what the OP specifically requested.

From what he's said, I'm guessing he wants the local area inserted commercials.

The commercial networks also live stream. I just used the ABC as an example. I generally watch 7 news first then ABC, then start catching up on what ever else is of interest.

The other day I used 7Plus to see the premier episode of 9.1.1 that I had missed and there was not one advertisement seen during the 40 minutes of the episode.
