Fairly expensive for a small screen that isn't even full HD.

Possibly but they were happy with the specs and its availability this week.

Roll on mid Sept for mine to arrive.

That is the US price here it is AUD$428...
At this stage it appears you need to create a new account on eBay US (or use an existing US account), note that you can add an Australia phone number for verification.

Useless Aust Post contractor turned up yesterday and just left card to pick up at PO. No knock or doorbell. Just heard him restart vehicle in driveway and was gone by the time I opened the fooking door 20 seconds or less later.

    Wake up fook wits AP.

Sparky mate can collect it as recovering from broken arm ain't a lot fun trying to park car much less carrying a 32" TV.

Rang AP and helpful girl said she would approach manager to have contractor redeliver it but no guarantees he would approve it. He obviously didn't.

I had a BIG BUN fight with APO regarding the RMB contractor filling the Non Delivery card before ever arriving at my house which I then asked by what authority were my items taken from the Mail Centre and onto a Post Office in the next town if they had no intention of delivering to my address?
They tried to tell me the contractor was only obliged to deliver letters and carried parcels as a 'Favour'.......
I was told they are not to 'Blow the Horn' or make any attempt to attract your attention for you to receive the item.

You may not not have seen it but APO is running a commercial on TV offering to deliver your item to a 'place of your Choice' and in the ad, they show the Homeowner arriving home, (along with a commentary) opening the front door and reaching behind a large Jar to extract an item..........

Our village is on a RMB route but has a 'street delivery' to each house via a normal Mail box.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

The previous post has absolutely no relevance to a Kogan television receiver!

    It's a distraction.

It has in relationship to my thread and possible shipping delays that are often blamed on Kogan.

    To what?

This thread/review started 2 weeks ago.
And still nothing to review, but i have learnt where not to order from.

Maybe when it arrives, start a new thread
Any new reader will have lost interest by now.
If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

    WTF are you on about?

Everything is quite relevant such as letting others who care that this set is available and how quick it is now being delivered. Quite earlier than advertised.

Forums are about information and not those that troll to be negative for no reason at all. Don't like it don't click on it.

PS: Still have my Xiaomi A1 Phone and camera is just average in bad light. Just bought the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite for housemate

Most people want condensed and concise information when searching on the net.
They don't have time to shift through the crap

I hear what you are saying and everything that has taken 2 pages and 2 weeks, could have been mentioned in 2 lines.
Just saying mate, no need to get offended

Im looking forward to your review, but i find reviews often work better when you have owned and used the product for at least a few days
    A month would be better

No need to read it or post but hopefully some people do give a damn and are interested in another persons feedback.

ANYWAY it arrived about 3pm today and was set in place. Need to get another antenna lead but have been watching it through the Topfield PVR.
    IGHTNESS
First impression was not good but with some fiddling with picture controls we have almost gotten it to where it is okay. Had trouble with getting the yellows to a good level. The PVR is hooked up through HDMI1 for FTA and recorded programs. Turning the Brightness level down seemed to have the most effect and will perfect that when the antenna and WiFi are hooked up using DTV. Just had had enough for the day and wanted to relax.

Very pleased with quick delivery and at this stage feel it is a good buy but stand by for further.

Just noticed Phil that photo does not look like the Kogan. If not your post is very misleading.

Mine has a LG Panel, different feet and border logo.

Did not have much of a chance to do much with the TV yesterday but did change the colour to Sport and found that good along with what we had in the User setting.

I am liking this set the more I sit in front of it. Hopefully I will get it fully set up today.

Be quick it seems like a winner to us...

You dont have much choice when either a wall mount bracket or stand is used as they usually require screws to be used to connect the two inserted from the back.

The Last 'Flatscreen' I assembled clearly instructed 'me' to lay it on its 'Face' on a padded flat surface which we did.
When the stand was connected, two of us lifted the whole unit up then took it to where it sits today.

No worries with this Smart Kogan. Turned it upside down top edge on rug whilst the other screwed in the four stand bracket screws.

NOT THE STAND OR PANEL PHIL PICTURES IN THIS THREAD! Sorry for yelling at you Phil but your post is very misleading.

Had we had to do so the soft rug would have been okay I reckon.

No warnings of doing that in the manual...
